The overseas rights for Mahesh Babu’s Brahmotsavam have been bagged for a whopping price of around 13.2 Crores. This incredible figure shows the kind of adulation Mahesh Babu enjoys in the US market. But it is also presents a huge risk for the buyer.

Going into the mathematics, a 13.2 Crore price means that the film will have to collect a gross of almost 3 Million US Dollars just to break even. So far, only ‘Baahubali’ has managed to achieve that feat and even Mahesh Babu’s very own Srimanthudu could not break that barrier.
