Kazhugu-2 is the Tamil film that went to floors recently and is a sequel to 2012 Tamil thriller Kazhagu. The film stars the same casting as its prequel, Krishna Sekhar and Bindu Madhavi. Now there are rumors circulating in Kollywood that this film is based on the death of YSR.
The story of Kazhagu-2 revolves around the incident of helicopter of chief minister missing in a forest. Police and army find it difficult in their search operation because of wild dogs in the forest. Protaganist is expert in handling these wild dogs and come forward to help the police and army. As the film revolves around the concept of CM’s helicopter missing in forests, rumors are rife that the story is based on YSR’s death incident.
The prequel, Kazhagu, released in 2012 was a big hit and the story revolves around four persons, referred to as “Kazhugu”, who recover bodies of suicide victims who jump off a cliff. The prequel also based on real-life incidents and has been shot in real locations.
