Former MLA Vangaveeti Radha gave out a whole list of reasons why he came out of the YSR Congress Party. He did not want to continue in a party where he was insulted and asked to take permission even to unveil a statue of his father Vangaveeti Ranga. Radha held a press conference only to blame Jaganmohan Reddy on many issues. He accused Jagan of having insulted him not just once or twice but many times.
At one time, Jagan humiliated Radha on his face in the presence of many leaders by saying ‘If I don’t give support, he will be a gone case’ (referring to Radha). Radha’s statements became a matter of big debate in political circles now. He dismissed arguments and objections how he could join a party held responsible for the murder of his father Ranga. Giving his own explanation, Radha said his father’s murder took place when there was the TDP government in the state which was why there were allegations against that particular party.
Radha did not say a single word about whether, when and where he was going to join the TDP but gave arguments defending his joining that party. His media appearance and anti-Jagan statements came at a time when there was talk about his joining the TDP on January 25.
