He is done with the shoot of Indian 2 after which he joined the shoot of Prabhas’ Kalki 2898 AD. The actor is committed to legendary director Mani Ratnam and the film titled Thug Life started rolling today. Kamal Haasan allocated bulk dates for the film and Mani Ratnam is in plans to release this action thriller this year.
Kamal Haasan, Trisha, Jayam Ravi, Dulquer Salman, Aishwarya Lekshmi, Nassar, Joju George, Gautham Karthik and others will be seen in the lead roles. Kamal Haasan and Mani Ratnam will jointly bankroll this project. Top technicians like AR Rahman, Ravi K Chandran and Sreekar Prasad are working for Thug Life. Kamal Haasan also wrapped up the shoot of Indian 3. He is essaying the role of lead antagonist in Kalki 2898 AD that is slated for summer release.
