For the first time, Nizamabad MP and TRS leader K Kavitha has dismissed the speculations over her joining Narendra Modi government at the centre. She has categorically stated that there was no intention of the party to join the NDA government.
It may be recalled that since many months, there are speculations that TRS would be joining Modi government and she would be a minister. It was also attributed Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao’s all-out support to Narendra Modi’s demonetization move only aiming at joining union cabinet.
However, she said that the TRS Government had to support the demonetization move in unavoidable circumstances. She also said that the decision to support Modi Government or joining his government rests with the party chief and her father K Chandrasekhar Rao.
Her assertion in this regard gaining prominence that TRS sources are indicating party Supremo Chandrasekhar Rao is considering to assign the party work to her, by making her as Executive President of the party.
After coming to power, till now no full-pledged party committees were formed at state level. No committees are existed at district level. As he is busy with governance related matters, Rao has reportedly decided to entrust her the entire party organisational matters.
Even if TRS to take a decision on joining the union cabinet, senior leaders K Keshava Rao and A P Jitender Reddy are likely to be inducted into the union cabinet.
