Sheikh Qaja Mia, a Telangana RTC driver, suddenly collapsed and died unable to take the stress because of the ongoing crisis in the TSRTC strike. He has not received his salary. He was under tremendous strain of losing his job because of the adamant attitude of Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao. His family members said that it was because of the Telangana government that Qaja Mia does eventually of heart attack.
Qaja Mia has been working at the Sattupalli RTC depot for many years. He came to his Jaggaiahpet house in nearby Krishna district in view of the ongoing Telangana agitation. He was repeatedly talking to his family members about the hopeless situation that the Telangana RTC is being pushed. He was expressing great anguish at the oppressive mindset of the KCR Circar.
The RTC JAC expressed anguish and shock over the sudden death of Quaja Mia. They demanded that the KCR Regime realise its folly and start talks with the JAC to resolve the problems of the employees immediately.
