Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao has called for TRS Parliamentary Party Meet. According to official sources, the meeting is scheduled to take place at 4:00 pm tomorrow evening. CM KCR is expected to chair the meet. With Parliamentary Budget sessions to resume from March 5th, the meeting has gained importance in political circles.
It is understood that KCR will primarily discuss on what strategy to be followed in the Parliament by the TRS MPs. Parallelly, TRS party is trying to find ways to ensure that all the pending issues at the Centre are cleared during the budgetary sessions itself.
In addition to this, close sources to the TRS party confirmed that KCR is likely to discuss in details, whether to support the BJP at the Centre or not, in lieu of the 2019 General Elections. KCR’s recent comments, referring the PM in a singular tone irked Cabinet Minister Nirmala Sitharaman.
The Cabinet Minister also expressed her discontentment over KCR regarding this issue on record. Amid such situation prevailing between TRS and BJP, it will be interesting to see whether KCR will slow down, or raise his tempo!
