In the face of increasing attack by rivals, TRS chief K. Chandrasekhara Rao has begun looking for sympathy and he is appealing to the Telangana voters to save him from combined offensive by Prajakutami parties. He says it is the duty of the people to protect the TRS party so that it will help in preventing problems to the state in future. He seeks sympathy from voters, saying that all rival parties are coming together to target him and his party which is fighting alone in the December 7 election.
In the past few days, there is a sudden surge of attack from all sides on TRS leadership. PM Modi’s criticism has added to the intensity resulting in KCR losing patience and unleashing an all out counter attack. KCR has challenged Modi for an open debate in Nizamabad on the issue of power supply. TRS chief accused Modi of spreading lies and untruths with the sole objective of defaming the TRS party which will not be possible as the people know full well which party has given best services to them.
KCR appealed to voters to cast their votes with careful consideration as there will be utter chaos and confusion in Telangana if non-TRS parties come to power in the state. He asked Modi as to why muslim reservations are stopped by the BJP and this will make the BJP pay a heavy price in elections. KCR asserted he would not be afraid of anybody and any party just because he has not committed any serious mistakes like Chandrababu Naidu.
KCR took objection to Modi’s comments on ‘puja’ and advised the PM to come and take ‘prasadam’ rather than hurting religious sentiments of rival leader. KCR further said everybody from Modi, Amita Shah, Sonia Gandhi, Rahul Gandhi and Chandrababu Naidu joined together to attack TRS.
