The smashing success of Kannada period film KGF – Chapter 1 has made director Prasanth Neel an overnight sensation. He drew nationwide attention for his brilliant narration and stupendous presentation of action episodes in the film. He immediately became a talking point in Tollywood as audience here braced the film bigtime.
There has been a lot of buzz in industry circles that Prasanth Neel is going to helm a Telugu film after wrapping up the second chapter of KGF. Rumours are rife that he is considering the names of Prabhas and Mahesh Babu for his Tollywood debut. Renowned production house Mythri Movie Makers has already paid advance to Prasanth Neel to do a film under the banner. They wanted Prasanth to direct Mahesh Babu in his next film. However, Prasanth has reportedly asked Mythri producers to seek dates from NTR.
Buzz is that Prasanth is preferring NTR over others for his Tollywood debut. It is learnt that he has been working on a story that suits very well to NTR’s mannerisms and body language. So, he is looking to narrate the story to NTR once the shooting formalities of KGF 2 are completed. We have to wait for an official confirmation regarding this buzz.
