Hyderabad: Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu has shared some his secrets that kept him going in the age of 66. He shared his food habits and the common diet that goes into his platter everyday. “My diet is very simple,” he said while addressing the Chair in Andhra Pradesh legislative council in Hyderabad on Saturday.
During breakfast, a small meal comprising Ragi, Jonnalu (jowar), Sajjalu (pearl millet) along with egg white including one variety of fruit, he said. In the lunch, Chandrababu Naidu takes a whole meal with fish curry and dry fruits. “I don’t have a habit taking fish, but my doctor suggested me,” Naidu smiled.
The Chief Minister said he would prefer to have less quantity of food during dinner, preferably soup. He further added that he never miss morning fitness schedule that keeps him fit whole day.
