Putting an end to speculations in political circles, the Telangana Political Joint Action Committee (TJAC) Chairman Prof M Kodandaram has confirmed that he has no plans to start a political party. During his tour in Warangal district, he has given this clarification stating that no one knows him well believes such speculations. However, he accused of strategic attack on him to create confusion among people and hits him morally.
He also took severe exception against allegations that he has been promoting his `caste’ leaders. Stating that it would be natural people from all castes associates with him in agitations, he asserted that he has been never attempting to get recognition in the name of caste. “My Telangana people are aware of it”, he added.
Stating that it is natural for ruling parties to respond adversely if questioned on people’s issues, he came on heavily on the TRS government. He deplored that this government has been resorting to destruction in the name of development. He warned that though Telangana people are patient, they would not hesitate to show their might.
Accusing that the TRS has been resorting to vicious campaign against him for raising people’s issues, he said that one such campaign was that he has been making some issues only as he was denied appointment by Chief Minister. He bluntly said that he has no work to meet Chandrashekar Rao.
“The Chief Minister seems to be very busy even not accessible to ministers and senior officials”, he said. Strongly refuting allegations that he has been declaring war on the government, he said “I am only simply raising some people’s issues. This government seems to be shatters only for raising voice and using unprecedented repression”, he alleged. He said that TRS government using repression against people more hardly than by the previous united Andhra Pradesh government.
