Chevella MP Mr. Konda Visweswar Reddy on Wednesday called on AICC chief Mr. Rahul Gandhi and the sources from the national party told that Mr. Reddy will join congress on Friday in the presence of UPA Chairperson Ms. Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi during their visit to Telangana state for taking part in a election public meeting scheduled at Medchal.
Mr. Reddy met Rahul along with Telangana Congress Affairs Incharge Mr. R.C. Khuntia and they discussed about the current political scenario in the state. Mr. Reddy also explained the Congress chief on his desires in developing Telangana state especially undivided Rangareddy district which is very near to Hyderabad city and much far to development.
Meanwhile, Mr. Reddy wrote a letter to the Chief Minister of Telangana Mr. KCR explaining what circumstance forced him to leave the party. He explained five reasons in the three-page letter sent on Tuesday evening to the Chief Minister.
