In a surprising move, ex-MP KVP Ramachandra Rao has penned an open letter to Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy. The letter addresses concerns about potential illegal construction on Rao’s farmhouse in Hyderabad’s Aziznagar area.
KVP Ramachandra Rao letter makes a bold statement: he’s willing to demolish any structures within the Full Tank Level (FTL) or buffer zone of his property. He promises to remove such constructions within 48 hours, shouldering all costs without burdening the government. To ensure transparency, KVP Ramachandra Rao has invited media to witness the demolition process.
“I don’t want any exemptions from the law. Treat me like a common citizen,” KVP Ramachandra Rao emphasized, requesting fair treatment without special privileges due to his political background.
The former MP didn’t stop at addressing his property concerns. He also voiced strong support for the Congress-led government’s Musi River cleanup project. Drawing from his experience as a Rajya Sabha member, KVP Ramachandra Rao recalled the river’s polluted state during a past visit to Nereducherla.
“I fully support the Musi Cleanup and beautification project under your leadership,” Rao stated. He suggested a two-phase approach, focusing first on cleaning the river, followed by beautification efforts.
Rao pledged his backing for government initiatives that benefit the poor, highlighting his commitment to the Congress party’s values.
