For the first time in the last four years, Janasena Chief Pawan Kalyan has come on to the roads. As stated in his Kakinada Sabha, Pawan Kalyan organized the Padayatra, protesting the Centre’s decision of not granting the SCS to Andhra Pradesh. The Padayatra started from Benz Circle, Vijayawada, and continued up to Ramavarappadu Junction, covering a distance of about 3km.
Communist party leaders also joined Pawan Kalyan, once again extending their support, and publicizing their alliance in the fight against the Center. It did not take long for thousands of Janasena followers and supporters to follow the footsteps of their leader.
Pawan Kalyan visited the Ambedkar’s Status near Thummulapalli Kalakshetram and paid his respects to BR Ambedkar. From there he left to the Benz Circle. The Padayatra commenced at around 10:30 am in the morning and ended at 11:40 am.
With CBN’s TDP Cycle Yatra from Venkatapalem to AP Secretariat, and Pawan Kalyan’s Padayatra from Benz Circle to Ramavarappadu Junction, the political heat has moved from AC office cabins to the roads.
