The theatrical trailer of Mahesh Babu’s much anticipated Summer release Maharshi, which was released during the pre release event on Wednesday, has hit the right notes ahead of the film’s release on May 9th.
Maharshi has been carrying low buzz in audience and trade circles due to the underwhelming audio songs and low-key teasers. All it was required is a perfect trailer to augment the hype on the film and makers of Maharshi came up with a riveting cut to grab the attention from all sections of audience. The trailer is a fine blend of mass and class elements with Mahesh Babu’s scintillating screen presence taking it to the next level. All three shades of Mahesh Babu’s character were revealed in the trailer and the rich production values coupled with impressive visuals have enhanced it further.
The trailer has been trending in YouTube since its release and it has already garnered a thumping 7 million views in 20 hours. Directed by Vamshi Paidipalli, the film has Pooja Hegde and Allari Naresh in prominent roles. Dil Raju Ashwini Dutt and PVP produced the film.
