Mahesh Babu has been recently finalized as the brand ambassador of this leading real estate and construction company which operates in and around major cities of Andhra Pradesh. As per sources, Mahesh is paid Rs 11-13 crores for this brand endorsement.
‘Mahesh Babu’ who has attended the inaugural function of this leading construction company yesterday, has conveyed his best wishes to ‘Ramakrishna Venezia’. He also stated that he was very much inspired when he came to know about the details of this prestigious project. This project consists of group houses, individual flats in spacious land surrounded by greeneries. This project also consists of high end lavish villas in 25 acres.
The paper work about the planning and construction is all fine but what it really matters is the execution. Ramakrishna had it’s share of controversies even before the project started. Earlier we have seen a dispute in ‘Amrapali Housing Project’ which has ‘Dhoni’ The Indian Cricket Captain as the brand ambassador. The builders have not stood whatever they promised, and later this has lead to a big controversy on ‘Dhoni’. Many of the people has shown their anger towards ‘Dhoni’ for not completing the works in time and also they have shown their discomfort towards what they given rather not standing by their words.
This has finally taken to a level, where ‘Dhoni’ has resigned as brand ambassador for the realty firm ‘Amrapali’. This issue has really defamed the ‘Dhoni’ to certain extent but whatever it might be before accepting the brands like this, one should be really aware of what is going on and should work on ground reality of the project.
