Superstar Mahesh Babu is basking in the glory of his recent success Maharshi which emerged as one of the biggest hits in Tollywood this year. He is currently on a holiday with his family and will return to India in a few days. Meanwhile, the pre-production work for his next film is in full swing. Anil Ravipudi of F2 fame is going to helm this project and it has been titled as Sarileru Neekevvaru.
The regular shooting will commence towards the end of this month and the makers are planning an extensive first schedule in Kashmir. As reported earlier, Mahesh Babu will be seen as an Army Major for brief screen time. So, Anil Ravipudi is planning to wrap up those portions first and come back to Hyderabad to shoot the remaining part. The entire shooting will be completed by the end of this year and the producers are eyeing a grand release during Sankranthi next year.
Yesteryear actress Vijaya Shanthi is essaying a significant role in this film. Rashmika Mandanna is the leading lady. Anil Sunkara and Dil Raju will jointly bankroll the film.
