Superstar Prince Mahesh paid a visit to this ancestral village, Burripalem, which is one of the two villages adopted by him a few months ago. Accompanied by MP Galla Jaydev and few others, Mahesh Babu reached Burripalem yesterday afternoon and received a grand welcome by thousands of locals.

Speaking to the media, Mahesh Babu said it is a golden opportunity for him to modernize his ancestral village and pledged to make it a model village by providing all the basic amenities. He added that health and education are the top priority areas that needed to be worked on and wished to bring a positive social change in Burripalem. The Srimanthudu actor concluded saying that he will visit the place quite often in the coming days.
