Mega hero Varun Tej will next be seen in Matka, a periodic action drama that is directed by Karuna Kumar. The teaser of the film is out and it looks intense and is packed with action. Varun Tej has been showcased in a different light and he plays a role that happens in three different timelines. GV Prakash Kumar’s background score has to be appreciated along with the grand production values.
Matka promises some high voltage action packed with heroism in the backdrop of Vizag. Varun Tej attempts a new role once again. Meenakshi Chaudhary and Nora Fatehi will be seen in other important roles in Matka. Wyra Entertainments and SRT Entertainments are the producers. Matka is slated for November 14th release in Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada and Malayalam languages. Varun Tej needs a solid hit to make a comeback after a series of debacles.
