Mega heroes to storm Box Office from December
So far, 2017 has been a mixed year for Mega fans. While films like Khaidi No 150 and Fidaa succeeding big time at the box office, biggies like Katamarayudu and Duvvada Jagannadham failed to meet the expectations. Starting from this December, it is going to be a Mega film fest for fans as there will be atleast one film of Mega hero releasing every month till April.
Starting with Jawaan
Sai Dharam Tej’s Jawaan is the first to hit the screens among these back to back releases. Jawaan, which is directed by BVS Ravi, is slated for release in December. The ‘Supreme’ actor is desperate to bounce back strongly after delivering back to back box office duds with Tikka, Winner and Nakshatram.
PK aiming to strike back strongly
Pawan Kalyan’s highly awaited film Agnatavaasi is gearing up to storm the box office in Sankranthi season. With two back to back disasters, Pawan Kalyan is looking to make amends with this Trivikram Srinivas directional. The film is carrying good buzz in the industry circles and it has done a record pre release business in all areas. The film is slated to release on January 10.
Varun Tej and Sai Dharam to lock horns ?
In February, two Mega family films are likely to clash at the box office. Varun Tej’s Tholi Prema with director Venky Atluri and Sai Dharam Tej’s Intelligent with VV Vinayak have been confirmed to hit the screens for Shivarathri. However, one film might alter it’s release date. Nevertheless, two films are set for release in February.
Ram Charan to kick off Summer in style
Mega Powerstar Ram Is going to kick start the sultry Summer season with his upcoming film Rangasthalam 1985 which is set in a village backdrop. Directed by Sukumar, Rangasthalam is garnering huge attention for its creative making which is evident from the on location stills. The rustic entertainer will hit the screens in March.
Allu Arjun to end the ‘Mega’ season
Stylish Allu Arjun will end the Mega season with his forthcoming patriotic drama Naa Peru Surya which is likely to hit the screens in April. Naa Peru Surya, directed by Vakkantham Vamsi, is shaping up quite well. Allu Is playing a soldier for the first time in his career and the film is carrying good expectations among audience.
