Andhra Pradesh minister for information and public relations, Perni Nani made sensational comments on the merger of AP and Telangana again.
Nani was responding to recent comments made by the TRS chief and Telangana Chief Minister K.Chandrasekhar Rao in the TRS plenary meeting that he was receiving thousands of requests from AP people to launch TRS in AP.
Nani said there was no need for KCR to launch TRS in AP.
Instead, he suggested KCR to merge TS and AP again and make it a single Telugu state.
Nani said if AP and TS are merged, then the same TRS can contest the elections in AP also and there is no need to launch TRS again in AP.
Nani also said that AP CM YS Jagan also wants TS and AP to become a united state again and said Jagan fought to keep the state united earlier.
Nani said the UPA government has bifurcated the AP in a cunning manner.
Recently, Jagan’s chief advisor Sajjala Ramakrishna Reddy also said that they have no objection if KCR launches TRS in AP.
Reddy said AP was facing a huge loss after it lost Hyderabad to Telangana.
