Action king Arjun, who is well known to Telugu audience through his films Ggentleman, Jaihind, Hanuman Junction and recent Naa Peru Surya appeared before the Cubbon Park police station (Bengaluru) today for interrogation on sexual harassment complaint by actress Sruthi Hariharan.
It is known news that Sandalwood actress Sruthi Hariharan has accused her co-star Arjun of sexual misconduct. She wrote lengthy post in Facebook in which she revealed how Arjun hugged her without permission, ran his hands intimately up and down her back and pulled her closer during rehearsals of a scene in November 2015. She was portraying the role of Arjun’s wife in the film Vismaya. She even complained to the police.
Based on her complaint, police have registered a case against the Arjun and have served the notice to him to appear before the police for interrogation. However, Arjun moved to court and Karnataka High Court had passed an interim order in favor of Arjun and directed the police to not arrest him but may continue with the probe. So, today Arjun appeared before the police and gave his statement to the police.
As of now, police registered FIR and recorded statement of Arjun in this case.
