Dialogue King Mohan Babu is well known not just for his witty dialogues on screen but also for his sharp tongue on controversies and speaking truth off the screen. In many occasions like Vajrotsavam, he was the first person to raise voice against the atrocities and also question the power of Tollywood’s management. During an interview for a popular Telugu daily as part of promotions for his new film Gayatri, he has given some shocking statements on today’s producers!
The actor expressed disgust on certain producers who rave about their film even before it really gets started and also praise their respective heroes without any backing or reasoning. He also said that many producers are bringing on illegal money instead of spending from their own pockets for the films. He said that it is indeed sad to see even some directors becoming the same way.
When asked about the film, Mohan Babu said that despite being a remake, the Gayatri team made 80% of changes to the storyline and Manchu Vishnu will be seen playing Mohan Babu’s mannerisms as well. A story which involves confrontation between father and daughter is rare and he found it to be quite fetching in Gayatri. The dynamic actor specified that for an aspiring person who wants to be in acting, there is never a satisfaction as long as roles are concerned!
