Congress Rajya Sabha MP Jairam Ramesh made shocking comments on BJP and TDP. Extending his support towards the AP Special Status, the MP claimed that, ‘it is the BJP that is defiant towards granting Special Status to Andhra Pradesh. The 14th Planning Commission never denied granting the Special Status to Andhra Pradesh’.
Jairam Ramesh, who visited former MP Chintha Mohan in Tirupathi spoke to the media representatives. ‘The decision not to allocated adequate funds to the state of AP is a ploy by the BJP and TDP parties. Meanwhile, Pawan Kalyan is speaking like a scientist on the issue of bifurcation of Andhra Pradesh.
During the Parliamentary Budget sessions, Chandrababu Naidu was busy flying to Dubai, while TDP MP, and Cabinet Minister (Aviation), Ashok Gajapathi Raju is busy journeying in flights.
Chandrababu who visited Delhi 29 times in 44 months failed miserably to do justice to the AP people. If the AP CM is really concerned, I demand him to go to Delhi for the 30th time, and come out of the NDA alliance, pledging justice to AP in front of PM Modi.
As far we are concerned, there is no way that BJP or TDP governments will implement the commitments which are a part of the AP Reorganization Act 2014. Only the Congress government can implement them’, said Jairam Ramesh.
