Chittoor MP, and actor, Naramalli Sivaprasad turned into a farmer’s attire, as a part of TDP MPs’ protest against the Centre for not granting Special Category Status to Andhra Pradesh. The TDP MPs staged a protest outside the Mahatma Gandhi statue in the Parliament premises. MP Sivaprasad, who was seen as Lord Krishna the other day, took the form of a farmer today.
He was seen carrying water in one pot, and mud in another pot, tied to a wooden twig, placed on one his shoulder. He asked whereabouts of PM Modi to MPs standing outside the parliament, in an innocent, sarcastic and hilarious tone.
When he tried to enter the Parliament premises, with the wooden twig and pots, the security guards stopped him. They stated that (while laughing), he will not be allowed inside with such kind of arrangement into the parliament.
After standing on the steps for a while, the MP came down. Media representatives and MPs of various parties keenly observed the antics of Sivaprasad.
Talking to the media, the MP said that, PM Modi who gifted a pot of ‘water and mud’ to AP CM Chandrababu Naidu during the foundation stone laying ceremony of AP Capital Amaravati, has only given mud to the people of AP.
