Akkineni Nagarjuna is one of the fewest actors who doesn’t shy away from doing experimental subjects. He always takes a liking to do strikingly different roles to impress the audience. Irrespective of the genre, he gave commendable performances in all his films so far.
Basking in the glory of success attained from his recent outing, Nagarjuna is now gearing up for the release of his upcoming film Oopiri which is slated to hit the screens this Summer. Nagarjuna plays a quadriplegic patient in the film and the actor revealed the travails of playing this interesting character. He says that the character took a toll on him as he was in sedentary posture for most part of the shoot.
He added that they used to re-shoot the scene if there is even a slight movement in his hands and legs. He revealed that this character is one of the most challenging roles he has ever played.
Vamshi Paidipalli is the director for the film which features Karthi and Tamannaah in the lead roles. The audio launch will take place on the 28th of this month and the film will hit the screens on March 25th.
