All of a sudden, close sources in the industry circles started reporting that NTR’s highly anticipated flick Janatha Garage has been proponed by one day owing to nationwide strike on September 2nd. The film, which was supposed to hit the screens on August 12th, has been pushed to September 2nd. The makers have officially announced the date during the audio launch event.

Now, it is heard that they have decided to release it on September 1st to avoid the effect of strike on September 2nd. But a couple of hours ago, Janatha Garage DOP Thiru tweeted that the film will hit the screens on September 2nd. As of now, we have no official confirmation about the buzz. So, we have to wait for a formal statement from Mythri Movie Makers to get complete clarity on the release date. It is exclusively learnt that they are in a dilemma to lock the release date.

The post production activities are nearing completion and the film will be censored on August 27th. Directed by Koratala Siva, Janatha Garage has Samantha, Nitya Menon and Mohan Lal in crucial roles. Devi Sri Prasad composed the tunes.
