Naga Chaitanya’s latest release Shailaja Reddy Alludu managed to take a decent opening despite mixed word of mouth and negative reviews. Speaking at the success event, Chaitu opened up about the critics take on the film.
Chaitanya said he was little disappointed as the film couldn’t satisfy movie critics who rated it below par. He added that he will try harder to win critics appreciation next time. He also opined that media support is very necessary. Chaitu’s dignified and matured response on movie critics and their reviews is now winning hearts.
Usually, producers and artists react harshly on critics whenever their movies get negative feedback in reviews. Some Tollywood directors and heroes have previously criticized reviewers openly in media interactions for not giving positive reviews. But, Naga Chaitanya has respected the critics opinion and made sensible comments.
He thanked audience for embracing the film and also thanked the whole team for their efforts.
