Nagarjuna is perhaps the only telugu star of his generation to successfully pull off devotional characters with conviction. Be it in Annamayya or Sri Ramadasu, Nagarjuna’s portrayal of devotional characters was par excellence.

Though Chiranjeevi and Balakrishna tried their hand at playing devotional roles, no one tasted the kind of success that Nagarjuna did.

Now Nagarjuna and Director K Raghavendra Rao are going to team up once again and this is for a devotional epic that will revolve around Lord Venkateswara Swamy. Nagarjuna is currently doing his research into the mythology surrounding the subject.

Once Raghavendra Rao locks the final version of the script, shooting will start.
