Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu called upon on need to isolate and expose the criminals and corrupt from the politics. He said the politically unemployed opposition is posing a threat to the developmental programs of the government.
“While the government is busy with developmental activities, some forces, inimical to the interests of the people, in the state are provoking unwarranted controversies to create hurdles and tarnish the image of the state. Since the opposition has no other issues, they’re trying to raise caste and regional issues to disturb the development,” he added.
Chief minister Naidu, this morning addressed a teleconference with 8,000 party leaders and public representatives to call upon them to counter the politics of YSRC and other opposition leaders who are inciting the people on caste , region and other sensitive issues.
The opposition party, he said, was trying to obstruct Amaravati development, Pattiseema and other welfare programs initiated by the government. “The Opposition has tried to defame Vijayawada on the call money issue. Their leaders attempted disrespect Hon’ble Speaker of the Assembly,” he said.
Naidu also reiterated that the government was clear that the interests of people from Backward Classes would not be sacrificed. “Our aim is to eliminate poverty and economic inequality. Since you are being involved in every development work in the villages, take advantage of that. Educate people on the government’s cements program, pensions and welfare activities while exposing the opposition on their obstruction attitude, ” he asked the party workers and leaders participated in the teleconference.
