Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu is all set to keep his administrative machinery busy in series of programmes for a fortnight on the new year eve. Ministers, MLAs, party leaders and district administration were busy in Mee Bhoomi programme. On the new year eve, they were asked to distribute of kits of essential commodities under “Chandranna Kanuka”. This is further followed with the third phase of Naidu’s pet programme of “Janmabhoomi-Maa Vooru”, which starts from January 3 to 7.
Hyderabad: Chief Minister N Chandrabau Naidu is all set to make his ministers, MLAs and administrative machinery busy on the new year eve. They were busy with Mee Bhoomi programme until recently. Again, from January 3 to 7, all of them will be be busy in the third phase of Naidu’s pet programme, Janmabhoomi-Maa Vooru (JBMV).
This time the main theme of the third phase of JBMV will be “Smart Village – Smart Ward towards achieving Smart Andhra Pradesh” (SVSW). The thrust areas it is to help interacting with all the partners and stakeholders of SVSW, with government officials and community. The programme also focuses on sensitising the partners and community, on twenty non-negotiable parameters, and on the baselines survey of the SVSW programme.
Creating awareness of all government schemes related to 20 non-negotiable parameters of SVSW, distribution of existing pensions, sanctioning and distribution of new rations cards, sanctioning of houses and verification of eligibility for new houses, conducting of health and veterinary camps, action taken report on grievances and assurances of earlier JBMVs and the list of various components of it is an endless one giving jitters to the administration.
To make the programme a grand success, the District Collectors were asked to prepare the visit schedule of each team, and give wide publicity in each Gram Panchayats and Municipal Wards in advance about who will be interacting with people there.
To effectively organise the programme, the panchayat raj and rural development department and municipal administration and urban development departments will take up a One-Day training programme, at Mandal and Municipality levels. All those from the government side taking part in the programme be given awareness on the thrust areas forming the JBMV.
As soon as assuming to office, Naidu had made his ministers, MLAs and the administration busy in the first phase of JBM that was launched in October 2014. during the first phase, again the second phase of the JBMV which will be organised between June 3-7, in 2015.
