Naidu is accused in five cases including the skill development case. The other cases are Amaravati inner ring road alignment, free sand policy, liquor policy, and fibernet scam. The APCID had filed all these cases based on the complaints given by the officials.
Naidu had filed anticipatory bail petitions in all the cases, and they are in the hearing stage in AP high court and Supreme Court. The cases are likely to be disposed of by the middle of December. A quash petition was also filed by Chandrababu Naidu in the skill development case. The supreme court had heard the quash petition and reserved the judgment.
