Other day Nani has met the press to share some interesting details about ‘Gang Leader’ as he is flying to the USA for a week, after which he kickstarts the movie’s real promotions. Here is what he has to say about Mirosław Kuba Brożek. In case if you are wondering who he is, then you must read the rest of this piece.
Those who have seen the teaser of Nani’s Gang Leader might have loved the cinematography which is quite new in some aspects. The film has Mirosław Kuba Brożek’s name on the credit’s list, which is a pleasant surprise. For people who love to see world cinema, Women Of Mafia, Plagi Breslau and Botoks are the two Polish thrillers that stunned them in recent times. And Gang Leader cinematographer is the man behind the lens for those films.
“Actually we’ve PC Sreeram as our cinematographer but then he has to walk out due to dates clash. At that time, someone suggested Mirosław Kuba Brożek, whom we fondly call Kuba, to Vikram. He’s like the PC Sreeram of Poland we must say” says Nani, adding, “Poland has universities that teach cinematographies and produces best technicians in the world. So naturally, we felt excited though there is a worry initially about the language barrier we have. But slowly everything got sorted out and he mesmerised us”.
Earlier we have Shaniel Deo from the USA cranking camera for Kshanam and Dani Sanchez-Lopez from Spain handling Mahanati’s visuals. Seems like Tollywood is truly going global.
