Seasoned actor Ramya Krishna, who proved her acting mettle with an author backed role in SS Rajamouli’s Baahubali, is craving for more meaty roles in Telugu in her second innings. The versatile actor, we hear, has given nod to play an important role in Nara Rohit’s latest film which was launched earlier today.

Reportedly, Ramya Krishna will be seen in a powerful role in this film which is similar to her popular ‘Neelambari’ character in Rajinikanth’s smash hit ‘Narasimha’. Sources say that it is Ramya Krishna’s role that will carry the film’s narrative forward. She will have ample screen time and her role is of equal importance along with Nara Rohit’s character.

Titled as ‘Bala Krishnudu’ , the film will directed by Pavan Mallela. Regina Cassandra has been roped in to play the female lead.
