Megastar Chiranjeevi is busy with the shoot of a periodic epic Syeraa which is shooting in Hyderabad. Surendar Reddy is directing this big budget periodic film and the principle cast has been finalized even before the start of shoot. While the shoot of Syeraa is taking place at a brisk pace, the makers started a new set of auditions recently in Annapurna Studios, Hyderabad.

Set in the backdrop of Independence, the film features huge dose of war episodes and the makers are finalizing junior artists in hundreds to can the war episodes. The auditions are taking place in Annapurna forest (backside of Annapurna 7 acres) and they are said to take place for the next couple of days. Some crucial war episodes will be canned in the next schedule for which the auditions are on. Nayanthara and Tamannaah are the female leads in Syeraa and Amitabh Bachchan, Jagapathi Babu, Vijay Sethupathi will be seen in other pivotal roles. Konidela Production Company is producing this big budget periodic film that will release during 2019 summer.
