It is a well known fact to everybody that, throughout Andhra Pradesh and Telangana States, Power star and Jana Sena Party President Pawan Kalyan is silently building up the party organization. Apart from this, the party is identifying potential candidates for contesting the next assembly elections.
It is learnt that several leaders from other parties, who are unlikely to get tickets for the assembly and Lok Sabha seats in the 2019 elections, have already met Pawan Kalyan and discussed the possibility of their entry into his party. If there is a possibility of getting Jana Sena tickets, they also offered to spend big money for the tickets and party funds.
The leaders are looking up to Jana Sena to test their fortunes, and the party in the meantime, has made an interesting revelation. They said that the party would not entertain any defectors from other parties and would encourage only new comers. The announcement was made by Jana Sena state unit vice-president Mahender Reddy.
“Our leader is of the view that if the leaders from other parties are given the tickets, Jana Sena will be like any other party and there will no freshness in politics. So, he wants that only new comers should be given tickets,” Reddy said.
He said in both the Telugu states, already 848 potential candidates had been identified and they would be given extensive training at all levels. The suitable candidates would be picked up from among them, he said.
