Engrossing books mutating into movies is not a new thing. But, Tollywood is changing the trend. These days, films are getting adapted into books. Already, the makers of Baahubali franchise announced to release a graphic novel on the film. Following the foot steps is NTR’s 2015 cop story Temper.
Speaking to TOI, script writer Vakkantham Vamshi revealed that he turned the film into a novel to take it to wider audience because of its universal appeal. It is well known that the film is being remade in different languages. This is said to source of inspiration for Vamshi to adapt into a novel form. Vamshi said that the film will have a different climax with more hard-hitting narration. The rest of the story and characters will remain same, said Vamshi.
Directed by Puri Jagannadh, Temper has Kajal Aggarwal as the female lead.
