Bollywood actor Salman Khan has received another threat, according to a police official. The person who threatened him has demanded Rs 5 crore from the actor. The threat message was received on the Mumbai traffic police helpline and was read by an officer around midnight. The person who sent the message claimed to be the brother of gangster Lawrence Bishnoi. The message stated that if Salman Khan wants to stay alive, he should go to the Bishnoi community temple and apologize or pay Rs 5 crore.
It warned that if he does not do so, they will kill him, as their gang is still active. Police are investigating the origin of the threat message and have increased security measures for Salman Khan. They are also checking if the message is connected to Lawrence Bishnoi, who is currently in jail on various charges. The security for Salman Khan has been beefed up and the actor is extra cautious on the sets of his upcoming film Sikander. The film is aimed for Eid 2025 release.
