Varun Tej’s Kanche, directed by Krish, was released worldwide on Oct 22nd 2015 and had done decent business at the overseas box office. This movie, in its full run, has collected 1 crore 18 lakhs share in USA and 13 lakhs share in rest of the overseas. Taking into consideration the market potential of the hero and the director, these collections are promising but the distributor has just managed to break even or let us call it as wafer thin profits because of the fact that they acquired the overseas rights at an unreasonably high price. As explained by T360 earlier, this movie was bought for exhorbintant price considering the lack of star power.
