The government announced the list of awardees of civilian gallantary awards Padma Vibhushan, Padma Bhushan and Padma Shri on the eve of the Republic day.
Actor Rajinikanth, media baron Ramoji Rao, former J&K Governor Jagmohan and spiritual guru Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, Yamini Krishnamurthy and Girija Devi will be awarded the Padma Vibhushan.
Reliance Industries founder Dhirubhai Ambani will be posthumously awarded Padma Vibhushan.

Former CAG Vinod Rai, Bollywood actor Anupam Kher and singer Udit Narayan, Former US Ambassador to India Robert D Blackwill, sportspersons Saina Nehwal and Sania Mirza, and Indu Jain of Bennett, Coleman & Co, will be awarded Padma Bhushan.
