Pawan Kalyan’s fans have a lot to cheer for. Their favourite hero has ‘escaped’ from a project that they were dreading. You may have already read the news about Pawan Kalyan replacing director S.J. Surya with Dolly, who directed Gopala Gopala.
While Pawan fans are grateful to S.J. Surya for the film ‘Khushi’, they certainly cannot forget the damage done by ‘Komaram Puli’. This director has been out of form for a while and after a debacle like ‘Sardar Gabbar Singh‘, Pawan’s career would have been in certain danger. In fact, many fans sent representations to Pawan Kalyan through fans presidents and other people close to the actor.
No one knows what worked. While the official version is that S.J. Surya stepped aside for acting commitments, the real reason seems to be Pawan’s reluctance to take a chance with him. This decision has received the full backing of fans and they have welcomed the decision to go with Dolly.
Afterall, if Dolly manages to give even a decent film, fans have Trivikram’s film to look forward to after this. They just don’t need a disaster at this point.
