The recent tussle between Pawan Kalyan and three leading media channels of Telugu states seems to have no impact on the coverage of movie related events in those channels.

It is well known that the entire Mega family came out in protest against the three channels for constantly targeting them and maligning their image by airing objectionable content. Pawan Kalyan, Naga Babu and Allu Aravind lashed out at the channels in separate press meets.

Many felt that the outcome of these protests would result in complete shying away of promotions for Mega family movies in these channels.

But, the coverage of Naa Peru Surya event in TV 9 came as a huge shock to everyone. Especially Pawan Kalyan fans are very disappointed after it is learnt that TV9 is one of the media partners for the event.

Surprisingly, Naga Babu who flayed at these channels during Naa Peru Surya audio event is one of the producers for this film.

Many are questioning the double standards on why protesting to ban TV channels and again promoting the film through them.
