Janasena chief Pawan Kalyan slammed Andhra Pradesh excise minister Jawahar during his public meeting at Kovvur yesterday. Pawan Kalyan slammed the minister for his earlier comments that there is a healthy drink.

Earlier, Andhra Pradesh Excise Minister K S Jawahar commented that beer is a health drink . Many women protested his statements but he was undeterred and told he was ready to prove it. The vide in which he asked, “Who said beer is not a health drink? I am ready to prove it’s a health drink,” went viral on social media then. He even added, “It also aids the digestive system, treats diabetes and has anti-ageing properties,” the note, titled ’13 amazing benefits of beer”.

Now Pawan Kalyan slammed the minister for his comments and reminded that he came from a respectable profession of teacher. ” Being a teacher, is this what you teach your students and young children”, questions Pawan Kalyan. Minister Jawahar is yet to respond on these comments.
