Tirupati: Stating that he came to speak about three points – challenges faced after inception of the Jana Sena party, functioning of the TDP government and contentious issue of special status for Andhra Pradesh, Jana Sena founder K. Pawan Kayan has said that he will stand by the people to fight for their problems if he be rendered support by maintaining restraint.
Pawan Kalyan was addressing the packed venue of Indira Maidan here in Tirupati on Saturday amidst the roars and cheers of his supporters and fans who gathered in a large number.
He declared that he would fight for special status in phased by organising a first meeting on September 9 in Kakinada. Stating that the fight for special status tag would be a relentless one, Pawan gave a clarion call to people to fight for their rights. “If needed parliament will be stalled for special status.”
Stating that treasure of the nation is not minerals, rivers or forests, Jana Sena founder K. Pawan Kayan said the real treasure of the nation is its youth born out of people’s dreams.
“I have thirst on people of the nation and their problems rather than power,” the Jana Sena leader said. He added that he is deeply pained by the political leaders who are constantly failing to serve the youth in their capacity.
