Tamilnadu statement government is closing a handful of Telugu medium government schools functioning in few places in the state, where Telugu people are settled. Its decision would force the children of Telugu people to forget their mother tongue. AP government has formally objected it and is also sending its ministers and officials to talk with Tamilnadu government about this issue.
Pawan Kalyan is reportedly planning to stage dharna at Hossur in the outskirts of Bengaluru city in the end of this month protesting Tamilnadu government’s decision to close the Telugu medium schools. He prefers Hossur because there are large number of Telugu people and many fans also. Although, Pawan Kalyan has not confirmed this news, according to sources his fans are making arrangements for his dharna program. Around 1 lakh people from the three states are expected to attend his dharna program. If the information about Pawan Kalyan staging dharna at Hossur is true, then it would ideal and serves its purpose if he could do the same in Tamilnadu state instead of outside the state.
