Amaravati: Power star Pawan Kalyan-led Jana Sena party on Thursday gave a clarity on its poll alliance, while announcing that it would contest in all 175 Assembly constituencies. Jana Sena party tweeted that it would forge alliance with none except Left parties.
“Jana Sena party will be contesting in 175 Assembly constituencies. Barring Left parties, JanaSena party wouldn’t join with any other political party. The party gives priority to youth and women in Assembly tickets. We request all the Andhraites not to trust the ruling TDP or the opposition party,” said Pawan Kalyan in the tweet.
Meanwhile, speaking at Achanta village in West Godavari district, Jana Sena Party General Secretary Chintala Parthasarathi has ruled out the indirect statements of chief minister N Chandrababu Naidu.
Recalling the statement of Naidu in a press conference saying that “What if TDP teams up with Jana Sena party,” Parthsarathi has condemned this statement and further added that Jana Sena Party wouldn’t partner with TDP. Naidu was trying to send wrong signals to people of AP.
“After Assembly elections, Pawan Kalyan will become chief minister of AP. We’re in the process of spreading awareness about party’s symbol ‘Glass’ in the ongoing 100-day campaign. Regardless of candidate, I request the entire party cadre to support and work for the victory of Jana Sena party in the forthcoming Assembly elections,” said Parthasarathi.
