After his fight against YSRCP government over sand scarcity in AP became a big success, Jana Sena chief Pawan Kalyan is planning to take up agitation programmes demanding AP CM Jagan to give a clarity on the ‘capital city’ of Andhra Pradesh.
Pawan wants to build pressure on Jagan with his agitation programmes on capital city.
Pawan wants Jagan to announce whether he wants to continue Amaravathi as AP capital or want to shift the capital to some other location.
On Friday, Pawan questioned Jagan to answer whether he wants to shift the capital to Idupulapaya.
Pawan said let him build the capital anywhere but as a CM it is his duty to clarify people on the issue and remove all the doubts in the minds of all on the status of AP’s capital city.
Pawan said he had opposed Amarvathi capital city when TDP government acquired vast extent of agriculture land saying that such a large extent of land is not required to build the capital.
Pawan asked Jagan why did he remain silent then when he opposed Amaravathi.
Pawan said confusion over the capital city is hitting the development of AP, which will affect all and it’s not the personal issue of Jagan or YSRCP.
