Jana Sena party leader PawanKalyan was on an irrational twitter rant on demonetization accusing that RBI Governor Urjith patel “must be jumping with Joy getting most of the 86% cash deposited in your bank”. While Patel remained silent ever since which definitely raises the questions on RBI’s independent character, but even a kid knows that this is political move. The Tollywood actor posted photo of a deceased which is an irreparable loss but failed to comprehend that this is Modi-made adversity. Pawan Kalyan did not voice opinion when the government called for declaring black money or on the termination of Raghu Ram Rajan but raged on Urjith Patel who assumed charge 4 September 2016.
Demonetization happened thrice and manual scavenging was existent each time. This is the first time ever the Jana Sena leader spoke of manual scavenging but overlooked that the same government is hell bent on construction of toilets. The tirade in relating two different things reflected the need to groom in economics. Although demonetization has its own pros and cons, the amount of money spent in gambling by the poor will be reduced and also it leads to Naxal surrenders dropping the coverage of red corridor in India
The Tollywood actor who can influence masses, should have adored cashless transactions like the epitome of technology Chandra Babu Naidu instead took a step back. If the citizens forget basic courtesy to help peers, there is no point in blaming someone for just signing the notes.
While the gatherings at the actor turned politician are filled with millennials who beautify technology, opposing cash-less transactions shows the hypocrisy of the actor. The actor criticized Urjithpatel for replacing old ways with new ways, subsequently failing to realize that progress is impossible without change.
Pawan Kalyan maintained political brotherhood and did not question on reforming the system of electoral funding or transparency in party finances. When you know Modi is responsible for the act, but when you think Urjith patel is responsible, blunders are bound to happen.
