Priyadarshi Pulikonda, who brought the houses down with his antics in the recent sleeper hit Pelli Choopulu, has bagged a biggie in the form of Mahesh Babu’s upcoming film under the direction of AR Murugadoss. It is learnt that Murugadoss wanted to cast a relatively new comedian for a brief role in the film and Priyadarshi’s crowd pleasing act in Pelli Choopulu became the clincher . He is expected to join the sets shortly.

The regular shooting of this untitled film is progressing at a brisk pace in Hyderabad and the makers are planning to release the film for Summer next year. Rakul Preet Singh is the film’s leading lady and SJ Suryah is essaying the antagonist role in it. NV Prasad and Tagore Madhu are jointly pooling resources for this big budget action entertainer. Harris Jayraj is composing the tunes.
