Posaani Krishna Murali, the popular actor,director and YSRCP leader known for his quirky style has been taken into police custody today following a court order from Narasaraopet. The police will interrogate him for two days in connection with a case registered at Bobbarlapalli police station. Despite securing bail in the Bobbarlapalli case, Posani remains in custody due to another case in Vijayawada.
The Narasaraopet court has granted the police two days of custody for questioning. Meanwhile, the Vijayawada district court has issued a non-bailable warrant against Murali in a separate case. This has further complicated his legal troubles, as he now faces multiple investigations simultaneously.
Posani had earlier obtained bail in the Bobbarlapalli case from the Kadapa court. However, with the Narasaraopet court granting custody, he remains in jail. His bail petition in the Narasaraopet case is expected to be heard on the 10th of this month. If the court denies bail, Posani may have to approach the High Court for relief.
Adding to his list , the Bhavanipuram police station in Vijayawada has filed a petition for a non bailable warrant against Posani in another case. The Vijayawada district court has approved the warrant, giving the police the authority to arrest and question him.
Posani Krishna Murali has been shuttling between police stations and courts, dealing with multiple cases and investigations. YSRCP legal team is working tirelessly to secure his release.
